Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift (12-Hour Rotating)

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care during night shifts, encompassing a rotating schedule of 12-hour day and night shifts. Scheduled hours will total 36 hours per week, with every other weekend required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional nursing care to patients, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to create and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor and assess patients health, providing timely interventions and updates to the medical team.
- Educate patients and their families on health conditions and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with healthcare regulations.

Requirements:
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Strong clinical skills and a compassionate approach to patient care.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to adapt to a rotating shift schedule, including weekends.

Additional Information:
- Flu and COVID-19 vaccinations are required for all staff, with medical and religious exemptions available.
- Candidates residing within 50 miles will be subject to a different compensation rate.
- Scrubs are required in navy blue color.
