Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Rotating Shifts

Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our dynamic healthcare team. This position requires a commitment to patient-centered care and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. The selected candidates will play a critical role in providing high-quality nursing care to patients in varying clinical settings.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients as per established protocols and best practices.
- Conduct patient assessments, implement nursing interventions, and evaluate patient responses to care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated and seamless patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans, medications, and care processes.
- Participate in staff meetings, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Flexibility to work TRUE ROTATING SHIFTS, including weekends and potentially on-call hours.

Position Details:

- Shift: PM, 10 hours
- Hours/Week: 40
- Weekend Requirement: Every other weekend
- Vaccine Requirements: Flu/COVID vaccination is required; medical/religious declinations accepted.
- Scrubs: Navy blue
- Location Requirement: Candidates within 50 miles may be subject to local rates.
