Physical Therapist (Pediatrics) - Therapy Annex
Carle Urbana North Annex | 810 West Anthony Dr, Urbana, IL 61802
Seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to join the pediatric Therapy Annex team. The PT will evaluate and treat patients of all ages, design and adjust individualized care plans, and provide education to patients, families, and caregivers. Responsibilities include performing patient transfers, completing therapeutic modalities, documenting care in the EMR, collaborating with providers, and supervising support staff as needed.
Details:
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-4:30 PM (40 hrs/week)
- Requirements: Bachelors in Physical Therapy, Illinois PT license, BLS certification
