Setting: Long Term Care
Pay Range: $1633-2041 weekly
Schedule: 12-Hour Nights, Rotating schedule of 36/48
Contract Length: 16 Weeks

Requirements:
- 1 years of experience as a RN
- Qualified applicants MUST have at least 1 years of experience in Long Term Care
- Valid Registered Nurse license
- Be willing to obtain Georgia licensure

Responsibilities
As a healthcare professional in a Corrections facility, youll play a critical role in serving a unique and often underserved patient population. Your care will directly impact patient safety, wellness, and rehabilitation. A few of the responsibilities include:
- Accurately administers prescribed medications and initiates intravenous therapies
- Conducts thorough health assessments to identify client problems and needs, formulating and implementing individualized nursing care plans.
- Makes daily resident rounds to assess physical and emotional status and to implement any required nursing interventions.
- Responds to resident and family concerns and ensures that each concern is documented, and a resolution is initiated or communicated to appropriate staff.
- Serves as a shift leader and a resource to other staff on the unit.
