RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS
- Join a collaborative team at a Federally Qualified Health Center
- Work alongside 2 LCSWs, 1 LCPC, and 1 Psych APRN
- Manage a schedule of 9 PPD with 45-minute appointments in a 35-hour work week
- Utilize eClinicalWorks as the EMR system
QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
- Active LCSW license required
- Experience working with children and adolescents
