Job Description:
Supplemental Health Care is hiring Physical Therapists to work at a partnering skilled nursing facility in Maryland Heights, Missouri. We bring more than 40 years of experience and a reputation for excellence to every healthcare professional we support.
Physical Therapist Contract Details:
- $1,724 - $1,895 per week
- 13-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- Responsible for the overall day-to-day operations of Physical Therapist services at the facility
- Ensures services are provided in accordance with other departments and caregivers
- Estimated weekly payment may include both taxable wages and tax-free reimbursements for meals, housing, and incidentals. Please speak with a recruiter for details.

Requirements:
- Active Physical Therapist Licensure/Certification in Missouri
- American Heart Association BLS
- At least 1-year of experience as a Physical Therapist
- Prior experience in an SNF preferred
