Physical Therapist Assistants provide evidence-based geriatric care primarily in senior living communities, delivering therapy to help older adults improve strength and quality of life. They work autonomously managing their own schedules while adhering to clinical excellence and continuing education standards. This role requires licensure, compassion, and commitment to serving the geriatric population with flexible work hours and professional growth opportunities.
Make an Impact on our Geriatric CommunityOur team is growing, and were looking for top caliber Physical Therapist Assistants to join us in Warren and the surrounding area. This position is primarily based in one of our senior living community partners.

What youll do:
- Provide Geriatric House Calls to older adults
- Deliver proactive and evidence-based therapy to older adults

- Valid Physical Therapist Assistant license in the state(s) of practice, or eligibility to apply
- Degree from an accredited physical therapy assistant program
- Basic computer literacy skills
- Current CPR certification
