BAYADA Home Health Care is looking for a compassionate and dedicated per diem WEEKEND Registered Nurse (RN) to perform home health visits for our Denver Visits office.

• Primary Territory: Castle Rock, Castle Pines, Parker
• Must be available to attend office orientation for one full week (Monday through Friday, 9a-5p).
• Prior or current Home Health (Visits) and OASIS experience required.

Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities:

• Follow a designated care plan in accordance with patients needs
• Make home visits to clients in designated geographic territories
• Perform assigned duties, including administration of medication, wound care, treatments, and procedures
• Monitor clients conditions; reporting changes to Clinical or Client Services Manager
• Follow up with, execute, and properly document doctors orders
• Perform client assessments as necessary
• Case management and coordination
• Accurately document observations, interventions, and evaluations pertaining to client care management and services provided, utilizing a state-of-the-art touch pad tablet

Qualifications for a Registered Nurse (RN):

• A current license as a Registered Nurse in Colorado.
• Prior or current home health/visits experience.
• Prior experience completing OASIS documentation.
• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.

Additional Information:

• Pay - Weekly, Starting at $52 per productivity point, based on experience, and negotiable
• Mileage reimbursement
