Nationwide Therapy Group is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Omaha, Nebraska.

Unit Details Requirements:
- Patient Ratio: 1:5 (MedSurg)
- Patient Types:
- MedSurg
- Post-Op Recovery
- Oncology overflow
- Floating: Required within scope
- Respiratory Equipment: Nasal Cannula
Experience Qualifications:
- Minimum Experience: 1 year (MedSurg)
- Oncology Experience Required: No
- Charge Nurse Experience: Preferred; minimum 1 year if applicable
- First-Time Travelers Accepted: Yes
- Required Certifications: BLS
Orientation Testing:
- Exam: Open-book skills test on Friday of orientation
- Must pass with 90% or higher
- Failing results in termination
- Study materials provided
Licensing Radius Rule:
- Radius Restriction:
- Must be outside 50 miles from the facility
- Driver's license required at submission to verify location
- Exclusions:
- Cannot be full-time, part-time, or PRN with CommonSpirit, CHI, or Dignity Health
Cancellation Policy:
- Hospital may cancel:
- Up to 4 shifts per 13-week contract
- Up to 3 shifts for shorter assignments
