Job Title: ICU Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift
Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ICU Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team on the night shift from 7 PM to 7 AM. In this role, you will utilize the nursing process to assess, diagnose, plan, implement, and evaluate the plan of care for critically ill patients. You will collaborate with all members of the healthcare team, focusing on providing evidence-based care within a healing environment for our patient population and their families.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments to identify health status and care needs.
- Develop and implement individualized care plans based on patient assessments.
- Carry out direct patient care procedures in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to enhance patient care and outcomes.
- Evaluate and modify care plans as needed, based on patient condition and responses to treatment.

Qualifications:
- Must have a minimum of 1 year of experience in ICU or Intermediate Care/Step-Down nursing.
- Graduate from an accredited School of Nursing (Associates or Bachelors Degree preferred).
- Current BLS and ACLS certifications required.
- Excellent communication skills and proficiency with computer systems.
Work Schedule:
- Night shift: 7 PM - 7 AM
- 36 guaranteed hours per week
- Contract length: 89 weeks
