Supplemental Health Care is working with a Rehab facility in Winston-salem, North Carolina to hire LVNs. LVN Contract Details:

• $1,188 - $1,309 per week
• 11-week contract with possibility of extension
• Consult and coordinate with facility health care team members to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care plans
• Administer and record prescribed medications
• Report adverse reactions to medications or treatments

Requirements:

• Current North Carolina Nursing License
• American Heart Association BLS
• 1 year of recent relevant nursing experience
