Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ICU - Intensive Care Unit for a travel nursing job in chicago, Illinois.
Job Description Requirements

Job Title: Registered Nurse - ICU
Location: Chicago, IL
Shift Type: 12-Hour Days Shifts | 7:00 - 7:30
Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Job Description:
- Provide comprehensive care to critically ill patients, including those recovering from open-heart surgeries and strokes
- Manage CRRT and care for patients receiving TNK and other acute interventions
- Monitor and assess complex neuro and cardiovascular cases
- Utilize EPIC EMR for documentation
- Adhere to ICU safety, infection control, and emergency procedures
- Work every other weekend and every other holiday
- Make up any sick call taken between Friday 7 PM and Monday 7 AM the following weekend
- Float to other units as needed
Qualifications:
Minimum experience in Open Heart ICU, Neuro ICU, and CRRT
Strong background in caring for CABG, stroke, and high-acuity patients
Additional Requirements:
- BLS - Basic Life Support (AHA)
- ACLS - Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support
- NIHSS - National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale
- EPIC EMR Experience - Required
