ARMStaffing is seeking a local contract nurse RN Med Surg for a local contract nursing job in Mechanicsburg, Pennsylvania.

Registered Nurses provide comprehensive, goal-oriented nursing care to patients recovering from surgery, illness, or injury. This role blends medical-surgical and rehabilitative nursing, focusing on helping patients regain function and independence in a supportive, team-based environment.
Key Responsibilities:
. Deliver high-quality, evidence-based nursing care to diverse rehab patients
. Monitor patient status and administer medications and treatments
. Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and case managers on care plans
. Educate patients and families on recovery, self-care, and discharge needs
. Support patient progress toward functional independence and rehab goals
Qualifications:
. Active RN license in Pennsylvania
. Experience in med-surg, rehab, or acute care preferred
. BLS certification required; ACLS preferred
. Strong clinical judgment, communication, and teamwork skills
