LanceSoft is seeking a travel nurse RN Case Management for a travel nursing job in Tuba city, Arizona.
Job Description Requirements

Shift Information:
Monday to Friday, 8am-5pm Weekend rotation with call
NECESSARY QUALIFICATIONS
Education:
. Associates degree in Nursing, must obtain bachelors in nursing within 2 years of hire.
License/Certification:
. Must have and maintain current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association throughout employment
. A valid, current, full and unrestricted Professional Nursing License to practice nursing in any state of the United States of America, The Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States
Experience:
. Must have a minimum of one (3) year of experience in the clinical care setting
. Experience and knowledge of discharge planning, case management, or utilization review processes.
. Demonstrate knowledge of electronic health record systems.
Must have 1 year of travel experience
