Premier Medical Staffing Services is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Wild Rose, Wisconsin.

HIGHLIGHTS:
- Minimum 3 years PT experience REQUIRED (open to New Grads)
- License/Certs Required: WI PT AHA BLS
- No travelers who are coming from a staff position at a facility within 50 mile radius of ThedaCare Corporate Center in Neenah, WI
- Will accept new grads
- Guaranteed Hours Per Week: 40
- Shift: 8hr Days Monday-Friday
- Weekends: None
- Call: None
- Float: Throughout facility within skillset, To all ThedaCare Facilities
- Charting Experience Required: EPIC
- REQUIRED EDUCATION: Masters Degree
ADDITIONAL DETAILS:
- GSA hours are not guaranteed the week of Orientation
- Traveler is guaranteed set hours per week, except during holidays where unit is closed
- HOLIDAY ROTATION REQUIREMENTS: As needed
MORE INFORMATION:
- Contract Length: 13 weeks
- Start Date: ASAP
- Primary Location: ThedaCare Wild Rose, WI
- Unit Overview: Inpatient/Outpatient department - mainly outpatient caseload with possibility of some inpatient coverage as well
- For outpatients, we usually see 30 minute treatments and 60 minute evaluations
- Inpatients tend to be a 2 hour block on the schedule as we tend to have 2-4 inpatients
- Patient load: Will likely see 10-12 patients a day, it would be more if they want a 10 hour day (if approved for 10 hr shifts)
- SHIFT NOTES: 8hr days
