Job Title: Registered Nurse - Float Pool (12-Hour Night Shifts)

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced Registered Nurses to join our Float Pool team for 12-hour night shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. This position requires flexibility and the ability to float between various units, including Progressive Care Unit (PCU), Medical/Surgical (MS), and Emergency Department (ED) Holds.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide high-quality nursing care across diverse areas, including Medical, Oncology, Surgical, and Progressive Care or ER Holds.
- Deliver patient care in accordance with established protocols, ensuring adherence to BLS, ACLS, and Dysrhythmia testing requirements.
- Collaborate effectively with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Utilize Cerner Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system for accurate documentation and patient management.
- Participate in continuous education and training, including biweekly orientation sessions.

Qualifications:

- Active RN license required; must be in good standing.
- Current certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS), Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), and Dysrhythmia testing.
- Prior experience in PCU, MS, or ED preferred.
- Familiarity with Cerner EMR technology highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Must have a reliable vehicle; public transportation may not be accessible.

Additional Information:

- Orientation is held on a biweekly basis, and schedule requests are subject to managerial approval.
