Qualifications:

• Licensed to practice Occupational Therapy in state of occupancy
• Must hold a Masters degree in the field of Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Current valid BLS CPR card
• Reliable transportation, valid drivers license and current auto liability insurance.
