Job Title: CMH Surgery Registered Nurse (RN) Schedule: Days - Monday to Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:30 PMJob Summary:The Staff Registered Nurse (RN) is a professional caregiver responsible for delivering comprehensive nursing care to a designated group of patients. This role involves applying the nursing process, clinical knowledge, current trends, and technology to ensure quality patient outcomes in alignment with the institutions philosophy and standards.Key Responsibilities:Deliver all required care and responsibilities specific to the units scope of serviceApply clinical procedures and nursing theories relevant to the specialty areaAccurately document all aspects of patient care to ensure seamless communication within the healthcare teamComplete initial assessments on patient admission and develop individualized care plans based on patient and family needsImplement, evaluate, and modify care plans and nursing interventions accordinglyPromote a culture of safety by promptly reporting or correcting safety hazards and incidentsEngage in open, respectful communication to resolve issues and foster teamworkProvide constructive feedback and support peer professional developmentDemonstrate accountability for personal learning needs and seek educational opportunities proactivelyMaintain current knowledge and competency as required by departmental standardsApply Now!!
