PROGRAM DIRECTOR (Clinical Supervisor)

Annual Salary: $84,000 - $1,500 Sign on Bonus

Eligibility for manager incentive compensation bonus plan

This is a great role for:

• Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
• Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
• Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)

Responsibilities:

• Provides leadership for staff, families, and others associated with the service
• Builds a team of quality mental health professionals
• Manages daily operations and all service delivery components of the Family Centered Treatmentcopy; model with the support of our Area Director, Regional Director, Quality Assurance and Human Resources team
• Provides supervision to multidisciplinary staff
• Oversees administrative staff and functions
• Creates and implements marketing plan and develop business contacts
• Opportunities for providing Clinical Supervision are available

Qualifications:

• Masters Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Social Work, Human Services, Psychology or related field
• State Licensure as Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC)
• Drivers license valid for 1 year minimum, car registration, and auto insurance
• Successful clearance of local and/or state background checks
