o Day Shift -Director, Manager, Clinical Coordinator, RNs, Externs, Paramedic
o Night Shift - RNs, Externs
. Patient Ratios - 2:1, 3:1, 1:1
. Type of equipment - Tablo, IABP, Impella, Brain Cool, Swan Ganz, BIS, Vigilance, Baxter, Hemosphere, Pyxis
. EMR - Meditech
Typical hiring profile
Skill Set Most recruited for:
Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.
. ACLS, BLS, NIH
. 2+ years ICU Experience
Preferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first.
. Cardiac Experience
. CCRN

. TVP, TCP, post cath, Sheath Removal
. Bedside Trach
. SLED
