Candidates must demonstrate clinical competence in all aspects of care management and the nursing process:Assessment and identification of patient needsDevelopment and implementation of care plansOngoing evaluation and adjustment of careeth;#159;#146;iexcl; High-Risk OB Services ProvidedThe Speare OB Unit is equipped to manage complex, high-risk pregnancies, including but not limited to:Preterm laborHypertension in pregnancyGestational and pre-existing diabetesVBAC (Vaginal Birth After Cesarean)Prenatal diagnostic testingAmniocentesisChildbirth education programs#156;#133; Candidate RequirementsProficiency and experience required across all phases of OB patient care - from check-in through dischargeMust be adaptable, autonomous, and confident managing high-risk OB scenariosApply Now!!
