Associate's Degree: Surgical TechnologyBLS - Basic Life Support - American Heart Association, CST - Certified Surgical Tech - The National Board of Surgical Technology and Surgical AssistingAdditional Job Description:
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Associate degree in Surgical Technology or combined ST/Health related Associate degree program or an Accredited First Assistant Program
Must demonstrate basic critical thinking skills on their introductory team
Will demonstrate the ability to anticipate surgeon needs and communicates these with staff
Will identify actual or potential emergency situations and intervene safely with assistance and/or supervision
Competent in 4-6 service lines, one of which must be advanced orthopedics, soft tissue robotics,complex CV or neurosurgery (cranial).
