Supplemental Health Care is hiring RNs with prior OASIS experience to work at a partnering home health care provider in Andalusia, Alabama. We are looking for a nurse who has 1 year of recent experience working with a Medicare-Certified Agency. Home Health RN Contract Details:

• $1,786 - $1,954 per week
• 13-week contract
• SHC Home Health Nurses are paid by the hour, not by the visit
• Nurse will have a designated territory of coverage
• Average weekly expectation is 30 units of productivity
• Home Health contracts with SHC require previous experience with OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits

Requirements:

• OASIS/Medicare Certified Visits Experience
• Electronic Charting experience
• Minimum of 1 year of recent home health nursing experience (private duty does not qualify)
• Current Alabama RN License
• American Heart Association BLS
• Valid U.S. Drivers License
