Rang Healthcare is seeking a travel nurse RN ED - Emergency Department for a travel nursing job in Washington Court House, Ohio.

Contract Duration: 13 Weeks
Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours/week
Job Description:
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized nursing care plans based on patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and document accurately.
- Monitor patient conditions, vital signs, and responses to interventions.
- Coordinate with physicians, therapists, case managers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Educate patients and families regarding health conditions, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications:
- EKG course/CPI
- BLS/CPR
- Active Ohio RN License
