HonorVet Technologies is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in New York, New York.

Physical Therapist I
Location:10 Union Square East, New York NY 10003
Shift: 8:00am - 4:15pm M-F
Job Summary:
Physical Therapist providing examinations and treatment to a diverse patient population across inpatient, outpatient, and acute care settings. Works under the supervision of the Therapy or Professional Practice Manager as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Duties:
- Conducts evaluations, sets goals, plans, and implements therapy; adjusts as needed.
- Completes documentation (initial, progress, monthly, discharge) in a timely manner.
- Educates families, caregivers, and medical staff.
- Recommends and documents durable medical equipment needs.
- Participates in discharge planning and provides home exercise programs.
- Attends meetings, clinics, rounds, and in-services.
- Assumes additional caseloads as needed.
- Maintains attendance records, charges, and statistics.
- Supervises aides, students, and volunteers.
Qualifications:
- NY State PT license
- 2 years of experience required
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Proficient in MS Office
- Bachelors degree required; Masters preferred
