Job Title: Registered Nurse (RN) - Night Shift

Job Description:

Join our dedicated healthcare team as a Registered Nurse (RN) working the night shift. In this crucial role, you will deliver age-specific, direct patient care while adhering to high standards of practice. You will utilize the Nursing Process to provide nursing care to patients, ensuring compliance with all relevant state and federal laws, regulations, and healthcare policies.

Responsibilities:

- Provide nursing care covering all age groups, applying the Nursing Process effectively.
- Assume leadership responsibilities, including the delegation of tasks to other nursing staff and healthcare employees.
- Implement and maintain compliance with the Department of Nursing Standards and Specialty Specific Standards of Patient Care.
- Participate in ongoing education and training, including obtaining ACLS, BLS, and PALS (or ENPC) certifications.
- Engage in direct patient advocacy and ensure that patient care remains at the forefront of operations.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care and improve health outcomes.

Requirements:

- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Certifications in ACLS, BLS, PALS (or ENPC) must be active before the start date or arranged during Clinical Orientation.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
