As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) with Sevita/Mentor Community Services, youll play an essential role in supporting individuals with dignity, compassion, and respect. What Youll Do

• Provide hands-on personal care, assistance, and daily living support for individuals in your care.
• Monitor and record health conditions, reporting any changes to nursing staff or supervisors.
• Assist with hygiene, mobility, meals, and household tasks to ensure a safe, clean, and comfortable environment.
• Support residents in community and social activities, including appointments and outings.
• Help prepare rooms for new admissions and ensure residents are ready for discharge.
• Maintain documentation and progress notes with accuracy and confidentiality.
• Participate actively in team meetings and required trainings.

What Youll Bring

• High school diploma or GED.
• Current CNA certification issued by the state.
• One year of CNA experience preferred (experience with medically complex patients a plus).
• Valid drivers license and access to a registered vehicle with proof of insurance
• Successful clearance of background checks
• Strong communication skills and a genuine desire to help others.
