Assists in patient treatment by monitoring, circulating and scrubbing under the direction of a Cardiologist and/or Physicians Assistant. Supports the department by ensuring the appropriate functioning of the Cardiac Catheterization and Electrophysiology Labs, collecting and documenting information and educating patients and their families.

What qualifications you will need:

• Required Education: Associates degree in Science Degree or comparable work experience
• Required License: RCES, RCIS or ARRT - must obtain license two years after employment begins and BLS certification, obtain ACLS within 3 months of hire.
• Preferred License: Certification in Invasive Cardiology
• Required Experience: One year of experience in an acute care setting
• Preferred Experience: Minimum of two years experience in an interventional Cardiac Cath Lab or EP Lab
