Ultrasound Technologist

We are currently seeking an Ultrasound Technologist on a full-time/part-time/PRN/per diem/as-needed basis. If you share our passion and vision, we invite you to apply now!

• Your tasks and responsibilities as a Sonographer include but are not limited to:
• Prepare and position patients and equipment in a safe, competent manner
• Perform sonogram examinations in accordance accurately and in a timely manner
• Responsible for imagining, recording and processing ultrasound images
• Obtain and document complete patient history as it relates to the procedure ordered and informed consent
• Maintain statistical results for quality improvement

Qualifications

• A two-year Allied Health degree or successful program completion at a 12-month CAAHEP approved School of Ultrasound Technology
• ARDMS registry: RVT, AB or OB/GYN specialty(ies)
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
• One (1) to three (3) years experience as an Ultrasound Technologist (or Sonographer)
• Organizational, verbal, interpersonal, customer relations, mathematical, analytical, grammar/spelling, computer (MEDITECH), and clerical skills
• Ability to read/comprehend written instructions and follow verbal instructions
