Seeking an experienced Surgical Technologist to assist surgeons by preparing and providing instruments and equipment during procedures. This role ensures a safe, effective, and well-coordinated Operating Room environment under the supervision of a surgeon.
#156;#133; Essential Duties
- Maintain and prepare the sterile field and surgical instruments
- Accurately perform sponge, needle, and instrument counts
- Adhere to aseptic techniques and safety standards
- Prepare patient skin and assist with positioning during procedures
- Monitor and support patients throughout surgery
- Perform scrub tech duties and handle specimens properly
- Stay current on surgical equipment, procedures, and medications
- Maintain working knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and OR protocols
- Participate in continued education (seminars, workshops, publications)
- Follow all federal, state, and departmental safety regulations

- 2+ years of current experience in a large OR setting
- Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
- Team-oriented, adaptable, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment

- Experience in Ortho, ENT, or Vascular procedures
- Familiarity with Epic (preferred, not required - on-site training available)
