GQR Healthcare is seeking a LPN / LVN Correctional for a travel job in Venus, Texas.

Job Title: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) . Corrections . Day Shift
Join our team as an LVN in a Texas correctional facility, providing crucial healthcare in a dynamic setting.
Responsibilities:
. Deliver nursing care and administer medications.
. Monitor patient health and document progress.
. Collaborate with healthcare professionals.
. Respond to emergencies and provide first aid.
. Float between units as needed.
Schedule:
. Day shifts: 5:30 AM . 6:00 PM.
. Rotating 36/48 . hour work weeks.
. Overtime available.
Qualifications:
. Valid LVN license in Texas or compact state.
. 2+ years LVN experience, 1+ year in Acute Care or Med Surg.
. BLS and IV Therapy certification.
. Strong critical thinking and independence.
Additional Info:
. COVID . 19 vaccination required; exemptions accepted.
. Orientation provided post . credentialing.
. Must be willing to float between units.
