Shift: 07:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our healthcare team on the night shift. The ideal candidate will be committed to providing exceptional patient care, ensuring a safe environment, and performing a variety of nursing duties. This position requires passing specific onboarding checks and completing essential health documentation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, administer medications, and perform nursing procedures in accordance with nursing protocols and standards.
- Monitor patients vital signs and overall health, reporting abnormalities to the healthcare team.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create tailored care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
- Assist in onboarding and training new nursing staff.

Licenses and Certifications Required:
- Active Nursing License via Nursys.
- License/Certificate Verification.
- Completion of Bassett Core Competencies.
- Bassett Unit Exam and Skills Checklist.

Health Requirements:
- MMR and Hepatitis B vaccinations.
- Influenza Vaccine and TB Test results.
- Varicella immunization.
- Fit Test certification.
- Annual TB Questionnaire.
- Physical Health Statement.

Professional Documentation:
- Drivers License/State ID.
- Two Professional References.
- Criminal Background Check.
- Resume and Education Verification.
- Bassett Badge Photo.
