Department Details Orientation for new team member is 3-5 months, working Monday-Friday, 7am-3:30pm. After orientation, work schedule would move to 4-10 hours shifts, Monday-Friday, with one day off a week. Call is taken once week, and one weekend every 5-6 weeks. A graduate of an accredited Surgical Technology program. . Must be on the North Dakota Board of Nursing Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) Registry at the time employment begins. .
