• Provide high-quality nursing care based on an individualized plan of care
• Administer medications, treatments, and therapies accurately and safely
• Maintain clear, timely, and detailed documentation of all care activities
• Educate and support families on managing conditions, care plans, and prevention
• Work collaboratively with physicians and the care team to optimize patient outcomes

• Active RN License in Washington or any Compact State (Required)
• Strong attention to detail and documentation skills
• Excellent time management and organizational abilities
• Skilled in problem-solving and conflict resolution
• Home health experience preferred, but not required
