Healthcare Support is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Denver, Colorado.
Job Description Requirements
- Specialty: Home Health

- Delivers skilled nursing care through in-home visits to support healing and manage chronic conditions.
- Performs initial OASIS assessments and follow-up visits as scheduled or clinically indicated.
- Educates patients and families on disease progression and effective care management.
- Manages a daily caseload of 3-5 in-home visits, based on patient needs and scheduling.
- Efficiently applies HCHB EMR experience to ensure accurate and timely documentation.
Required: . 1+ years of recent home or outpatient hospice RN experience . Proficient in IDG reporting and hospice admissions . HCHB charting experienceReq ID: 457015
