We are seeking a(an) Ultrasound Technologist for our team to ensure that we continue to provide all patients with high quality, efficient care. Did you get into our industry for these reasons? Prepares patients, collects relevant information for completion of procedures.
Performs all Sonographic exams following defined protocols.
Observant of patients conditions. Notifies physician or supervisor of unusual occurrences. Compiles appropriate records to expedite results.
Analyzes the quality of images and processes as required.
Understands and operates electronic information systems.
Maintains appropriate supplies and a clean, organized working environment.
Participates in continuing education activities to expand/enhance knowledge of sonography and meet educational requirements of ARDMS.
Takes call after regular hours.
Registered or registry eligible by RDMS or ARRT.

What qualifications you will need:

EXPERIENCE
Preferred: 2-3 Years experience as a RT or Sonographer
Preferred: 2 or more years of experience in a hospital Ultrasound Department.

EDUCATION
Required: ARDMS eligible.
Preferred: BLS Certification Preferred
Required: ARDMS certification.

Hours: Full time, mixed shifts (weekdays only)
Monday-Thursday 10:30am-9pm with rotating call and holidays
