| SETTING: | OP Ortho Outpatient adults, young adults, 15 + |
| START DATE: | ASAP |
| GUARANTEE: | 40 |
| ASSIGNMENT LENGTH: | 13 Weeks |
| REQUESTED EXPERIENCE: | OP exp preferred, open to strong NG |
| STAFF: | PT, PTA, OT |
| EMR: | Raintree |
| CASELOAD / PATIENT SCHEDULING: | 10-14 visits per day Eval time is 1 hour and treat time 45 minutes |
| SCHEDULE: | M-F 8-5pm |
| ADDITIONAL INFO: | PT will split clinics (would be in the same clinic for an entire day - no floating during work day). Eau Claire would be a place to stay that is in between the clinics - so an overall easier commute. |
