Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in accordance with established practices and protocols within a collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver patient-centered care and support to patients during the night shift.
- Administer medications and treatments as per physician orders while ensuring adherence to safety protocols.
- Perform routine assessments and monitor patients for changes in their health status.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Conduct patient education on health maintenance and disease prevention.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene and infection control standards.

Required Qualifications:
- Active nursing license (Nursys) with verification capabilities.
- Completion of Bassett Core Competencies, Unit Exam, and Skills Checklist.
- Up-to-date personal health screenings, including MMR, Hepatitis B, Influenza Vaccine, Fit Test, TB Test, Varicella, and Tdap (optional).
- Valid Drivers License/State ID.
- Completion of an Annual TB Questionnaire and a Physical/Health Statement.
- Professional references and consent to a criminal background check.
- Employment verification and relevant documentation for education.
