Supplemental Health Care is seeking a LPN / LVN Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) Long Term Care for a travel job in Nashville, Tennessee.

LPN Contract Details
- $1,136 - $1,232 per week
- 4-week contract with possibility of extension
- Skilled Nursing Facility
- NOC shift available
- LPN will provide nursing care within their scope of practice and in accordance with the standards of the facility

Requirements:
- Current Tennessee LPN license
- 2 years previous nursing experience
- American Heart Association BLS certification
