The Registered Nurse (RN) is responsible for delivering quality patient care by following the established nursing plan and supporting patient rehabilitation. Youll oversee LPNs, CNAs, and orientees, while contributing to a safety-focused and team-driven environment in accordance with Select Medicals Core Values.

• Perform initial patient assessments within 8 hours of admission
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
• Monitor and document patient status, interventions, and outcomes
• Educate patients/families and initiate discharge planning from day one
• Actively contribute to team conferences and patient care decisions
• Ensure a safe environment through adherence to infection control, patient handling, and fall prevention protocols
• Delegate tasks appropriately and mentor ancillary staff
• Assume charge RN duties when needed

• 2+ years of recent bedside nursing experience
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Confidence working autonomously while still collaborating with the care team
• Commitment to patient safety and high-quality care
