- Coordinatestaffeducationprograms,overseeworkerscompensationprogram,andassistwith benefits administration.
- Directhospitalrecruitmentandretentionprogramtoensureavailabilityofappropriatestaffing resources. Serve as a resource to department managers and other employees.
- Celebratetheachievementsandvictoriesofourdedicatedemployeesalongtheway.
Aminimumof3-5yearsofHumanResourcesManagementexperience,preferablyinhealthcare.
ProfessionalinHumanResources(PHR)and/orSPHRcertificationispreferred.
