Qualifications Bachelors degree in Personnel Administration, Hospital Administration, Business Administration,orarelatedfieldisrequired.Workexperiencemaysubstituteforafour-year degree on a year-for-year basis.
Aminimumof3-5yearsofHumanResourcesManagementexperience,preferablyinhealthcare.
ProfessionalinHumanResources(PHR)and/orSPHRcertificationispreferred.
