Currently, were hiring SLP - Clinical Fellows to work in a school in St. Louis, Missouri. As a school Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellow with SHC, youll be supported by our Schools Center of Excellence, a dedicated team of recruiters and employment professionals that understand schools and your unique needs as an SLP working in a school setting. SHCs BUILD Your Future program provides a structured, systematic clinical support and career development program for Speech-Language Pathologist Clinical Fellows. SHCs BUILD program offers a professional network and mentorships to help you overcome challenges and roadblocks while developing confidence and direction in your professional growth. SLP Clinical Fellow Contract Details:

• $44 - $47 an hour
• School Year
• Hours per week: Full-time and part-time options
• Start Date: August 2025
• End Date: May 2026
• Location: In-person
• Details: Early Childhood, Elementary, Middle, or High School Caseload options for the school year. Clinical Fellowship mentor is provided by the school district.
• $3,000 assignment bonus available conditions apply; ask recruiter for details
• Options to renew, transition to full-time, or try a new setting at the end of each contract
• Flexible schedules within school bell hours
• SLP will work with students to assess, screen, evaluate, and share results with parents and the school interdisciplinary team
• SLP will develop and implement IEPs for students while reviewing goals and objectives to make recommendations for appropriate care plans
• Will be expected to establish a positive learning environment while providing response to intervention for the needs of each student

Requirements:

• Master's degree in Speech-language Pathology
• Missouri SLP License
• American Heart Association BLS
• ASHA Certification
• No prior experience is required
