6 Months of Physical therapist experience Required.
Valid state of Oklahoma Licensure or Temporary Letter of Authorization to practice Physical Therapy.
Shift: 8AM-5PM (Mon-Fri)
Sign-on Bonus: 10K.
Relocation Available.
