Position Overview:
Spring View Hospital is seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Emergency Room team. This role is ideal for nurses who thrive in fast-paced environments and are passionate about delivering high-quality care to patients in urgent situations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care in the ER setting.
- Triage, assess, and monitor patients with acute and emergent conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation.
Requirements:
- Active RN license (KY or compact state).
- Minimum 2 years of recent ER experience.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications required.
- Strong clinical judgment and communication skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly in high-pressure situations.
