Our 68-bed facility ensures comfort with amenities such as cable TV in all rooms and phones in our renovated rehab suites. We are committed to delivering a wide range of clinical capabilities, including short-term rehabilitation, long-term care, respite care, hospice/end-of-life care, IV antibiotic therapy, cardiac therapy, stroke recovery, pain management, enteral therapy, post-surgical care, orthopedic recovery, trach care, and a specialized wound care program. Additionally, we facilitate specialty doctor visits to meet diverse healthcare needs.

Westfield Gardens accepts a variety of insurance plans to accommodate our residents' needs. These include Aetna Health Plans (Commercial, Medicare, Rental Network), BMC Healthnet (Masshealth, QHP, Seniorcare Options), Cigna Commercial, Fallon Health Plans (Medicare Commercial Navicare Dual, Medicaid SCO), Group Insurance Commission (GIC) Masshealth Medicaid Medicare Private Pay, Tricare/Humana Military/US Family Health Plan, Tufts (Medicare, Commercial, Dual Options Senior Care), and Veterans Administration.

Our specialized skin and wound care program is physician-led and focuses on the effective treatment and healing of acute and chronic wounds. We provide weekly rounds by our wound care team and involve therapy for advanced interventions. A licensed dietitian offers nutritional support to enhance recovery. We utilize proven preventative skin and wound care products and have specialty beds and pressure relief equipment available. Our facility also offers on-site wound vac services for negative pressure wound therapy.
