Since opening our current facility in 2002, we've been at the forefront of medical innovation, offering treatment in a technologically advanced environment. As a 395-bed tertiary care academic medical center located in downtown Washington, DC, we feature a Level I Trauma Center and a Level III NICU. Our clinical expertise spans cardiac care, cancer treatment, neurosciences, women's health, and advanced surgical procedures, including robotic and minimally invasive surgery.

Primary and specialty outpatient care is available through the Medical Faculty Associates—a group of over 750 physicians covering 51 specialty areas—located just a block away in the Ambulatory Care Center.
