As the region's sole tertiary referral medical center, Regional West is dedicated to delivering exceptional care across more than 32 medical specialties through over 28 physician clinics. We proudly serve the communities of western Nebraska and neighboring states, including Colorado, South Dakota, and Wyoming, with comprehensive and innovative healthcare services.

Located in Scottsbluff, Nebraska, Regional West Health Services encompasses the Regional West Medical Center—a 188-bed regional referral hub and the only Level II Trauma Center in Nebraska west of Kearney. Our network includes various hospitals and health system affiliates, such as a residential care facility and an insurance company. Our trauma program features Air Link air ambulance services, fully accredited by The Commission on Accreditation of Medical Transport Systems (CAMTS).

Regional West Physicians Clinic stands as the largest multispecialty medical and surgical group in western Nebraska and central eastern Wyoming. Additionally, Regional West Garden County in Oshkosh offers a 10-bed acute care hospital, a healthcare clinic, and a 40-bed intermediate care facility for residents in the southeastern Nebraska panhandle.

Our Laboratory Services provide a comprehensive range of laboratory services available 24/7, including reference laboratory services for healthcare providers throughout Nebraska. These services are accredited by the Commission on Laboratory Accreditation of the College of American Pathologists (CAP).

Regional Care, Inc. (RCI), based in Scottsbluff, is a leading independent third-party administrator offering cost-effective medical and claims management solutions nationwide. Adjacent to our medical center is The Village at Regional West, a full-service retirement community offering independent and assisted living apartments for individuals aged 55 and older.
