Regional Medical Center of San Jose stands as a county-designated Level II Trauma Center, offering around-the-clock access to specialized care every day of the year. We are proud to hold advanced certification from the Joint Commission as a Comprehensive Stroke Center and have earned the Get with the Guidelines- Stroke Gold Plus Performance Achievement Award from the American Heart Association/American Stroke Association. As a certified Chest Pain Center and county-designated STEMI Receiving Center, we are committed to providing exceptional heart attack care. Additionally, we are recognized as a designated Lung Cancer Screening Center and are an active member of the Extracorporeal Life Support Organization (ECMO).
