With 12 life plan communities offering independent living, assisted living, skilled rehabilitation, memory care, and long-term nursing, we serve over 10 million Ohioans wherever they call home. Our services extend to Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice and Palliative Medicine, complemented by provider-owned physician and nurse practitioner services, a Medicare Advantage plan, and pharmacy services. The Ohio Living Foundation plays a vital role by raising millions annually to support charity care, special programs, capital expansion, and endowment.

Our communities across Ohio provide luxury-style 55+ housing with resort-style dining, customizable accommodations, and a wide array of amenities and wellness programs. Residents enjoy tailored support for every stage of life, from independent living to long-term care. Ohio Living Home Health & Hospice delivers affordable and comprehensive healthcare services directly to patients' homes in many of Ohio's largest regions. Our Palliative Medicine team offers personalized pain and symptom management for those with chronic illnesses.

Our story is rooted in a legacy of compassion that began over 90 years ago with the tragic loss of young Dorothy Love in 1921. This event inspired a tradition of caring that has grown through creativity and expansion. Originally supported by Presbyterian churches, our organization evolved into Ohio Presbyterian Retirement Services in 1986 and rebranded as Ohio Living in 2016. We honor our Christian heritage while embracing ecumenical values and serving diverse faith backgrounds.
