Northwest Texas Healthcare System, a 495-bed academic teaching facility located in Amarillo, Texas, is renowned for its comprehensive heart, emergency, stroke, and children's care services, among many other clinical offerings. Recognized by the Texas Department of State Health Services, we proudly serve as the Lead Trauma Facility for the top 26 counties in the Texas Panhandle. Our satellite emergency center, Northwest Emergency at Town Square, extends our ability to deliver critical trauma care across the region.
